Sales / Customer Service job

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our Internet Sales Coordinators come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers or experienced sales. Yearly income in your first year would start at $24,000 entry level to $96,000 general manager. Success does not depend on precise work experience although experience in Customer Service and Sales is a huge plus. Superior communication and customer service skills are required. 

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responds to Internet and telephone customer inquiries and ensures that the company actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects via – phone and e-mail
  • Knowledge of all company products and services
  • Directs customers to product information resources on the Internet
  • Assists customers in selecting products
  • Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to help them with their purchase
  • Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention
  • Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally
  • Researches the competitions on the Internet to learn companies’ strengths and weaknesses
  • Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, parts, etc., and their benefits to customers
  • Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager
  • Attends sales meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be US citizen or permanent resident
  • Must have a PC windows (not Mac) and a headset
  • Must already completed schools with at least an Associate degree
  • Must pass drug, background and credit report tests
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales and customer service is required.
  • Basic understanding of Paid Search, Display Advertising, Social Media and Email Marketing
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverable
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong initiative and project management skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Will be on the phone and computer from 10-6 EST / Mon-Fri
  • Will be responsible for all inbound phone calls and email correspondence
