• Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt. Once processed, your order will usually be shipped in 1 - 2 weeks, depending on current stock status of the product.
• Special orders or out of stock items may take longer. Upon shipment of your order, we will email you a receipt with tracking number so you may track your shipment to your door.

Sales Tax:

Packaging:

• Each pedicure spa is packaged in two or more boxes that are then strapped onto a wooden skid.
• The entire assemblage is wrapped with plastic shrink wrap.
• Packaging materials may be cut with a knife so that the boxes may be removed from the skid individually.
• The heaviest box is usually about 100 pounds.

Shipping:

• We ship worldwide. Please contact us for rate quotes.
• Shipping cost depends on locations unless it is indicated FREE in the product's description, for residential deliveries, add $75.00.
• Delivery will be by an LTL trucking company. The driver is not responsible for unloading from the back of the truck. Liftgate service is available for an additional charge of $75.
• Before signing for any freight delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain the driver notes the damage on the release form.
• Please notify our representative of any damage immediately so a claim can be made.

Warranty:

• Manufactured in USA, our products have (1) year warranty. You will receive warranty information at the time you receive your order.
• Manufacturers reserve the right to make specification changes without prior written notice.

Order Cancellation and Return:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
• Returns must have the pre-approval from us with a RMA number issued prior to return.
• We will gladly accept the return of undamaged goods, in the original boxes, within 15 days of delivery.
• A restocking fee of up to 30% (required by the manufacture) maybe charged upon inspection (the restocking fee could be claimed as credits toward your next order with us).
• The customer assumes all responsibility for delivery costs both ways.
