Each bowl is handcrafted at our facility. By hand making each of our bowls, we may confidently say that each of our bowls is one of a kind.
We would like to take this opportunity to ask each of our distributors to ensure that all clients are aware that we make each of our bowls individually, and that this process ensures their bowls will be singularly unique. Each bowl will have different markings, and the colors may vary by a fraction of a hue; these differences are especially apparent with our popular Rustic Gold bowls. While the bowls look the same, they are, in fact, different.
Should replacement bowls be required by a customer, it’s important for them to know that the replacement bowl will not be identical to their original bowl.

Calculate shipping cost:

Shipping:
- Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt. Once processed, your order will usually be shipped in 1 - 2 weeks, depending on current stock status of the product.
- Special orders or out of stock items may take longer. Upon shipment of your order, we will email you a receipt with tracking number so you may track your shipment to your door.
- If you would like your information sent by email or fax, please notify us at time of order.
- We ship worldwide (customers are responsible for broker fee, customs duty fee, and all other charges)
- Shipping cost depends on locations unless it is indicated FREE in the US only in product's description, for residential deliveries, add $85.
- Delivery will be by an LTL trucking company. The driver is not responsible for unloading from the back of the truck. Liftgate service is available for an additional charge of $85.
- Before signing for any freight delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain the driver notes the damage on the release form.
- Please notify our representative of any damage immediately so a claim can be made.
Packaging:
- Each pedicure spa is packaged in two or more boxes that are then strapped onto a wooden skid.
- The entire assemblage is wrapped with plastic shrink wrap.
- Packaging materials may be cut with a knife so that the boxes may be removed from the skid individually.
- The heaviest box is usually about 100 pounds.
Warranty:
- Our pedicure chairs and tanning beds have (1) year, others (including parts and accessories) have (3) month warranty. You will receive warranty information at the time you receive your order.
- Manufacturers reserve the right to make specification changes without prior written notice.
Sales Tax: Georgia shipments will have 7.00% added to cover state sales taxes.
